1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains the nature, scope and purpose of collection and use of personal data by ACPAD Instruments GmbH, Sonnenallee 150, 12059 Berlin, Germany ("us", "we", "our") on this website (hereinafter the "Offer").

2. Newsletter

With our newsletter we inform you about us and our Offer.

If you want to receive the newsletter, we require a valid e-mail address and information that allow us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address or that its owner agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected. These data are used only to send the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.

By registering for the newsletter, we save your IP address and date of registration. This data is used alone for evidence in the case that a third party abused an e-mail address and logs in without the knowledge of the person entitled to receive the newsletter.

5. Google Analytics

This Offer uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are stored on the user computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website are usually transferred to a server of Google in the US and stored there.

In case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, the IP address of users of Google will be shortened within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. 7. Miscellaneous
